Refunds & Cancellations
Effective September 16, 2026
The short version
- Cancel anytime. Subscriptions stop renewing, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- 7-day refund window. Ask within 7 days of any FlexPass or Aurora charge and you'll get a full refund.
- Mistakes are always fixed. Duplicate charges, or charges after you cancelled, are refunded whenever you tell me.
- Email is the fastest route: petersgrandadventure@gmail.com
This policy covers purchases from Peter's Grand Adventure, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Peter Newell in Tacoma, Washington. It applies to Collection Flex (collectionflex.com), Aurora (aurorafaurora.com), and client services. All prices are charged in US dollars (USD) and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
What you're buying, and how it's delivered
Everything I sell online is digital. There are no physical goods, so there's nothing to ship and nothing to return.
Collection Flex — FlexPass
- Day pass: a one-time payment that unlocks the full Collection Flex wall for one wallet for 24 hours. It starts as soon as payment completes. Buying another while one is active adds 24 hours to the end of the current pass.
- Monthly pass: a subscription that unlocks the full wall for one wallet. It renews automatically every month at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
Aurora — Cosmic subscription
- A subscription that unlocks Aurora's premium features on your account. It renews automatically at the interval and price shown before you subscribe, until you cancel.
Access is granted automatically once Stripe confirms your payment, usually within a few seconds. If a purchase hasn't shown up after a few minutes, email me with your payment receipt and I'll sort it out.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time, with no fee and no questions asked:
- Collection Flex: on collectionflex.com/flexpass, enter your wallet and use the billing option to open Stripe's secure billing portal, then cancel there.
- Aurora: open your account's billing settings in the app, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal, then cancel there.
- Or just email me and I'll cancel it for you.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Day passes don't renew, so there's nothing to cancel.
Refunds
The 7-day window
If you're not happy, email me within 7 days of the charge and I'll refund it in full. That applies to FlexPass day passes, FlexPass monthly charges (including renewals), and Aurora subscription charges. Include the email you paid with, plus your wallet address for Collection Flex or your account email for Aurora, so I can find the payment.
When a subscription charge is refunded, that subscription is cancelled too, unless you tell me you'd like to keep it.
After 7 days
After 7 days, charges aren't refundable, and I don't refund partial billing periods. You can still cancel anytime to stop future charges. This doesn't limit any refund rights you have under applicable law.
Billing errors are always refunded
If you were charged twice for the same thing, charged after cancelling, or charged an amount that doesn't match what you agreed to, I'll refund it no matter how much time has passed.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Once a refund is issued, your bank or card issuer usually takes 5–10 business days to show the credit.
Free trials and promotion codes
If an offer includes a free or discounted trial, the trial length and the price you'll pay afterward are shown before you start. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you don't cancel, the subscription converts to the regular price shown at signup.
Promotion codes apply only as described in the offer. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash. If you get a refund on a discounted purchase, you're refunded the amount you actually paid.
Client services
Software development, websites, and consulting for clients are covered by the written agreement or statement of work for that project, which sets out deposits, milestones, and cancellation terms. If that agreement doesn't cover something, email me and we'll work it out in good faith.
Please talk to me before disputing a charge
If something looks wrong on your statement, email me first. I can almost always fix it faster than a card dispute can, and your refund arrives sooner.
