Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Peter's Grand Adventure, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Peter Newell, based in Tacoma, Washington ("Peter's Grand Adventure," "I," "me," or "we"). They cover this website (petersgrandadventure.com) and the products and services listed below (together, the "Services"). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. The Services

Collection Flex (collectionflex.com)

A gallery and visualization tool for NFT collectors. Collection Flex reads publicly available blockchain data for a wallet address or ENS name and presents it as a wall, timeline, posters, memes, and narrated stories. A free tier covers a curated set of collections. FlexPass unlocks every collection a wallet holds, either as a 24-hour day pass (one-time payment) or as a monthly subscription.

Collection Flex does not mint, sell, buy, trade, transfer, or hold NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any other digital asset. It never asks you to connect a wallet or sign a transaction, and it never asks for private keys or seed phrases. If anyone claiming to be Collection Flex asks for these, it isn't us. FlexPass is a software access pass. It isn't a token, an investment, or a digital asset. Separately, holders of a specific existing NFT (Blinkless Museum #32) get lifetime access as a holder benefit. That NFT is not sold by us.

Artwork, names, and metadata shown in Collection Flex belong to their respective creators and owners. Nothing in Collection Flex is financial or investment advice.

Aurora (aurorafaurora.com)

An online dating and connection app built around astrological compatibility, numerology, and Chinese zodiac. Members create a profile from their birth details and can discover, match with, and message other members. A free tier includes core matching. The Cosmic subscription adds premium features such as AI-written compatibility readings, AI chat, additional charts, and detailed score breakdowns.

Client services

Custom software development, website builds and maintenance, and technology consulting, delivered to clients under a written agreement or statement of work. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for that engagement. Clients pay Peter's Grand Adventure for the work it performs. When a website built for a client takes payments from that client's own customers, those payments run through the client's own payment account, not ours.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Aurora or to make any purchase.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the free parts of Collection Flex.
• Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell me right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
• Give accurate information, including in your Aurora profile. Don't impersonate anyone.

4. Prices, payment, and renewals

• Currency. All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown before you complete a purchase. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
• Payment processing. Payments are handled by Stripe over a secure, encrypted connection. Your full card number is entered on Stripe's checkout and is never sent to or stored on our servers. Stripe is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider.
• Day passes are a single charge for 24 hours of access, starting when payment completes. They don't renew.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price you agreed to, and are charged to the payment method on file until you cancel. The billing interval and price are shown before you subscribe.
• Price changes. If a subscription price changes, you'll be told in advance by email, and the new price applies only from your next renewal after that notice. You can cancel before then.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, access to paid features may pause until payment succeeds or the subscription ends.

5. Free trials and promotions

Any free trial, discount, or promotion code comes with its conditions shown before you accept it: how long it lasts, what it applies to, and the regular price you'll be charged afterward. Unless the offer says otherwise, a trial converts to a paid subscription at the regular price when it ends, unless you cancel first. Promotion codes are for one-time use by the intended recipient unless stated otherwise, can't be combined with other offers unless stated, have no cash value, and may expire. We may end a promotion at any time, but that won't affect a promotion you've already redeemed.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription anytime. It stops renewing, and you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are available on request within 7 days of a charge, and billing errors are always refunded. The full details are in the Refunds & Cancellations policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Using Aurora safely and respectfully

• For entertainment and connection. Astrology, numerology, zodiac compatibility, and AI-written readings are offered for fun and self-reflection. They aren't scientific, aren't predictions, and aren't a substitute for your own judgment or for professional advice. Compatibility scores don't guarantee anything about a person or a relationship.
• AI features can be wrong. AI-generated readings and chat responses may be inaccurate or incomplete.
• We don't run background checks on members. You're responsible for your own interactions. Take sensible precautions: meet in public places, tell a friend where you're going, and never send money to someone you met online.
• Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, solicitation, scams, spam, or commercial promotion. Don't share other people's private information.
• You can report a member by emailing me. I may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

8. Acceptable use

Across all Services, don't: break the law; infringe anyone's rights; upload malware; attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you're not authorized to access; scrape or overload the Services beyond normal personal use; resell access; or get around paywalls, usage limits, or security measures.

9. Your content and our content

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as your Aurora profile and messages or captions you add in Collection Flex. You give us a limited license to host, display, and process that content only as needed to run the Services. The Services themselves, including software, design, and text, belong to Peter's Grand Adventure and are protected by law. Posters and images you create in Collection Flex are yours to share personally, subject to the rights of the underlying artwork's creators.

10. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties, including Stripe (payments), Google (hosting, sign-in, databases, and AI features), and Alchemy (blockchain data). Their availability and terms are outside my control. Links to other sites, such as NFT marketplaces, are provided for convenience only.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that blockchain data from third-party providers is complete or current, or that you'll find a match.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peter's Grand Adventure won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

13. Ending your use

You can stop using the Services at any time and ask me to delete your account. I may suspend or end access for violations of these terms, or discontinue a Service. If I discontinue a paid Service, I'll refund any unused, prepaid portion of your subscription.

14. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes, I'll give reasonable notice, such as by email or in the app, before they take effect. If you keep using the Services after that, you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, please email me so we can try to resolve it informally.
